It had been too long since Andra had even seen Lauren, first of all. The last time they'd had any BFF-time was probably sometime right after she and Tobias were officially together. She had a vague feeling she'd have a bit of explaining to do on her part, because she never intended to not hang out with her friend! It just happened -- between patrols, homework, and Tobias? She was a busy girl.
Now, however, she was looking for the girl determinedly. It shouldn't have taken this to make her want to find her friend, but it had unfortunately come to quite drastic measures. After hearing about Niki, it had shaken her to the core; she was worried about those around her, feeling less secure about how safe the castle really was. She had at least been paired up with patrols, so it wasn't really too terrible... but then again, Niki and an Auror had been killed. What if the person that did it took them both out at once? Patrolling with someone might've not solved the problem!!
Andra strode through the corridors, having already scoured the area nearest the Gryffindor common room. She was determined to find her best mate before dinner, because they had a lot to talk about.
