Jackie stood in the center of the courtyard carrying a giant umbrella. Well, it wasn't that big, but it could comfortably shelter perhaps three people, which was what she needed. The morning had already started with an icy sprinkling of drizzles, and though it wasn't pouring cats and dogs, it did feel a little nippy and cold despite the winter robes, scarf, and gloves she wore.
She had asked Akira, who she hadn't seen in a while, to walk with her and Ari to Hogsmeade so they could chat and catch up and look at the Halloween directions and such. She also figured Akira might need a break from the craziness that was Kendra, and as this was a rare Hogsmeade weekend, she thought it would be nice.
So, she waited patiently for the other two to show... not knowing what craziness was about to ensue on that given morning.
