1. Sleep more 2. Write more dissertation 3. Write less dissertation 4. Eat more vegetables 5. Miraculously fix my body so that it can handle coffee and alcohol again (okay, so this one isn't actually possible)

1. Go to bed! 2. Make a cup of sleepytime tea. 3. Spend some of my amazon gift card on a book to read. 4. Write some more of exchange fic so I'm not stressed out about meeting the work requirement. 5. Go to bed its 4AM!
