01. I finally found a redeeming quality in one of my roommates! Ready for it?! Are you?! Cat bought me Tales of the Vampire for Christmas, which is pretty sweet. I like Nate/Jenny but haha, I love Nate/Vanessa. I see your point about her being a hypocrite but Nate/Vanessa are adorable for me and the one of the few parts I actually still enjoy in the show now, heh.

ERIC IS AWESOME. He is so cute.

I actually liked them before, in the eh you're kind of amusing/cute/convenient sort of way, but I could never get completely behind them because they were originally like my two least favorite characters on the show. I've always thought of Nate as boring and dull, and Vanessa always annoyed me with her meddling and trying too hard. Now that I like N/J though, I have a brand new appreciation for the character of Nate lol. I'm not a fan of 'pretty boys' but OOooO CHACE CRAWFORD WHEN DID YOU GET SO FINE?! I totally didn't notice lol.

ERIC IS MADE OF WIN. With his opera. And wisdom. And dorkiness. *smooshes*

CORR-ECT. One isn't L/V though, apparently I was way too vague with it because everybody's come up with two or three other ships that fit better than the current answer - which no one's guessed lol. I probably should have done something along the lines of 'one night stand, cuddling, terrorism, etc'

Also, I think the "mature" thing was just them mocking the way "mature" and "sophisticated" people say "mature." Because I've lived in the north (well, mostly...I guess Maryland is technically below the Mason Dixon line) my whole life and I've never really heard anyone pronounce it that way with any degree of seriousness.

You got them all but number one - which is a kind of obscure ship and no one's gotten it yet. Literati are very much on there, though I tried to make it intentionally vague lol.

You're right on three (which no one else got!) and eleven. Eight isn't S/S, though I can see where you got that. I don't think you watch the show but I'll give you a clue anyway: I almost put 'panicking' and 'G flat diminished ninth' but thought it might have been two obvious and I was trying to be vague lol.

LOL. You're so right! Everyone was and I never saw the attraction, though that's probably because I'm not a fan of pretty boys. Nate was actually my least favorite character (I thought he was boring/dull in season one) but then season two totally changed my mind and I fell hard for N/J.

I dont really hate any ships on Gossip Girl but I wish they'd stop throwing Nate from one girl to the next and just pick one already.

Yah you got B/J! As much as I love them, I almost didn't put them on the list because I have next to no QAF folks on my flist and I knew that if you didn't click on the cut, no one would get it lol... which is kind of sad actually.

I totally agree on the Nate thing! They've actually done a good job trying to add more dimension to his character but this manwhore thing is kind of cancelling out all the rest. They really should just pick one.... and since Blair obviously belongs with Chuck and Vanessa annoys me, I vote that one be Jenny! UMK THNX JOSH.

5. That's why I pretty much stopped watching to begin with, but then I got spammed with all these Jenny/Nate and Chuck/Vanessa caps and I was all WHAT NEW SHIPS WHERE?! I'm nothing if not a sucker for those lol. If I hadn't fallen so hard for N/J, I probably wouldn't be back to being so hooked. I find it hard to get into shows when I don't have an OTP going through a cool plotline/etc.

CORRECT! Letters was reffering to all the ones she tried to write to him when she was in Washington, post kiss.
