Oh, the fandom should so totally scare you. The Great Jenson Ackles Hair Color Debate, Round 4. 'Nough said. And it's not that they don't have good female roles - Ellen, Jo, Sara, Mary (barring "Dark Side of the Moon" grrrrrr) were all twice as badass as Sam and Dean on their worst days.
Amber Benson~ *happy sigh* Lenore is actually making a repeat appearance in 6.19 - "Mommy Dearest". General consensus of the fans is that she's either going to abandon her non-human-drinking ways to be killed by Sam and Dean or get killed by Mother. And I suspect they're right.
In case my dreamy sighing makes no sense or makes me come off as totally weirder than usual, I have actually had the pleasure of meeting Amber Benson (Tara Maclay, in case you don't remember Lenore) at MegaCon one year. She was so epically sweet and nice and she complimented me on my hat and recommended a good steampunk webcomic to me and remembered my name when I came back a couple of hours later to confess my love.
S-So I gotta have her back against the refrigerator-fetishing Supernatural producers. Y'know. First celebrity crush, and all.
