For a very long time my relationship to the furry fandom was extremely casual. I made animal art for furries, they paid me money. The people I interacted with were good folks, sometimes a little weird, sometimes a little socially awkward, but well-meaning. I could handle that. They were basically nerds. I'm well-acquainted with nerds of all sorts

As someone who was involved (hello, portion of my income at stake), I am so glad that mess was over. It felt so sad and pathetic to be sitting around online, watching your gallery in a state of limbo. =\ I don't have the luxury of being well known or anything, so my little gallery on FA is the only place I can get a decent stream of commissions.

I'm glad it's over. Now this whole ordeal has made me consider seriously trying to branch out of furry and find other customers.
