In an attempt to encourage members to ask the mods more questions, we are introducing message-A-mod. We understand that not everyone likes to use LJ messaging to contact us, nor do they feel it's important enough to send an email. Hi! I just put in a request to join this comm, after seeing it mentioned by reallycorking. I've only written H/G once, as a gift fic for magicofisis, but I am a fan! So, I thought I'd introduce myself, since it looks as though someone needs to approve my request and you lot don't know me at all. Cheers!

Thanks, love!! The RoR kiss is starting to grow on me. And I see why the movies would have a hard time showing the sunlit days kiss when they've changed the other movie moments so much so that THAT moment probably wouldn't have worked exactly right if they'd actually done it the canon way.

Plus, maybe there might be a little more the their relationship in DH. Only time will tell.

Hi, what's your spoiler and LJ-cut policy? I've successfully stayed spoiler-free since GoF so just want to know how deal with the spoiler posts. Thanks!

Honestly, we haven't addressed spoilers before, but since it's becoming more of an issue, I've decided to inform everyone about posting spoilers under a cut. As a matter of fact, the posts from last week that weren't under a cut, now are. I'll also be asking everyone to give fair warning before the lj-cut whether the entry might contain spoilers.

I'll either be doing a modpost sometime this weekend or possibly the start of next week, so it'll be addressed then.

Several months ago I had an idea. I was tired of not being able to find good wall calendars, so I decided I wanted to make my own, and that I wanted it to be a Wizard Rock one. So I got Cody on board and she did a ton of work, and now we have an AWESOME Wizard Rock calendar for 2009. It features eleven WRock bands: Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls, The Whomping Willows, The Moaning Myrtles, Catchlove, Justin Finch-Fletchley and the Sugar Quills, The Parselmouths, Tonks and the Aurors, The Remus Lupins, Draco and the Malfoys, The Butterbeer Experience and Harry and the Potters ( ... )

I'm so sorry that I'm just now getting the chance to reply to this. Having limited LJ at work has really put a damper on things for me. *sighs*

Anyway. Sure, you can post this on the comm. I don't see a promblem with it at all.

If you'll just use the NEWS and PROMOTIONS tags, that'll help us out loads.
