Yesterday was fun. I called in "sick" again (i know, I'm so bad!) and Heather and I took a trip to Portland to shop at the Ikea. We needed a big long list of stuff for our apartment, and since she had to start work again today, we figured yesterday would be the best time to do it. LOVE Ikea!

I'm with you on the soy chicken. Not a huge fan. I do love the fake beef crumbles though. Yum!

I really like soy chik'n nuggets (almost better than actual chicken nuggs), but then I tried the "grilled" chik'n and it was gross. it's all about trial and error, I suppose.

Funny, our IKEA is like 45minutes away and it is always jam packed with people too. I always feel like I am at the freakin' zoo when I go there. They do have some pretty good deals, but one has to really be in the mood to go there... haha.

LOL it really was like a zoo! Fully equipped w/ crying babies and all.
We made the soy crumbles and seasoned it w/ taco seasoning. It was SO GOOD!
