Archivist Notes:Document is a Visitation Request Form from Azkaban Prison, submitted by William Dafydd Weasley (Bill Weasley). It includes the details of his wand (11.75 inches, Oak, Niffler Whisker core, Flexible), his home address (Shell Cottage, Tinworth, North Devon), his criminal record (1 Arrest for Possession of a Class C Restricted Substance in 1987 for which he paid the required Ministry of Magic Fine and 1 Arrest and Imprisonment for Tresspassing and Sodomy in 1992 in Romania), and finally an erroneous claim that A. Rookwood was his uncle. An attached page-not included here- indicates that he was also arrested for Assault, though the charges were dropped. The Visitation Clerk notes that B. Weasley brought Ministry Approved Shaving Solution to the prisoner.
