So I mostly emerged unscathed from this semester. Getting everything in on time and finishing all but one of my classes. A little peeved about the Independent Study that go away because my facilitator couldn't get her act together, and because my finishing of the class was based on her availability. Re: hate groups in NJ

The town where I went to high school was actually the Northeastern Headquarters for the KKK in the 1920's. It was a huge deal when the schools got desegregated. There was a huge amount of race-related violence in the high school for the first few years after desegregation. Having said that, there is next to no tension between whites and black at the high school anymore.

no, i filtered all my friends who are actually people into one so i didn't hafta see my communities all the time! and somehow you were skipped. *sadness* now i wonder how many others got skipped as opposed to being suddenly dead...
