when you've got the layer you want to rotate selected, go to "edit" in the upper left corner of photoshop (just before "image"), then "transform" and then, "rotate".
A little arrow will appear when you move your cursor above your image, you just have to clic, keeping your finger on the mouse and rotate as you want in the same time.
When the position of the picture is ok, clic on the kind of "V" on the bar above, the same where you choose your font size when you use the text tool, and that's all!

I do have one question, though: how do you rotate pictures? [yes, I still don't know how to do that, forgive me x___X]
