Inactive Indexes

Any known explanation for the disappearance of the America index that used to be here: http://www.delicious.com/America_Index or the England index that used to be here: http://www.delicious.com/KinkMemeEngland (that's the one labeled on the index of indexes as just England, not England Kindex)?

I think Delicious said something about getting rid of inactive accounts.

They did. They took down inactive accounts.

I've noticed that the link to the Russia/America index on the Indexes page (http://russiamerica.livejournal.com/271191.html) is broken. The manager apparently moved the Russia/America index to a separate account at http://ruuskinkarchive.livejournal.com, but it looks like it hasn't been updated past Part 18. :(
