Creatures like ghosts, monsters and fairies that are usually invisible for most people can show themselves during Halloween and on the 1st of November, when they dress up as normal humans and mingle with the crowds.

Halloween event should run until about Saturday.
I plan to start updating the manga at around 9 this morning.
