I think...Japan would work. He wounldn't be obvious about his competition, probably, but in all the other aspects I think he'd fit pretty well.

I would have said Denmark without a doubt but since it is not available, the next best bet, I think, would be South Korea.

Hm...I'd say Russia would be the best fit. The first answer seemed to be really fitting for someone like him and he's kind of obvious with his intimidation.
