I'm torn between England and Gilbo. ><
I can't imagine either of them gracefully losing, but being rather obvious and then frenemies...I one less likely to curse you to the heavens would be Gilbo.
So let's go with him. Prussia. He'll probably take you out drinking afterwards, anyway.

I'm also torn between England and Prussia here ;__; both would fit really well. But I also go with Prussia here, I can totally imagine him to put an arm around your shoulder and say "OKAY let's go drink some beer now." after the competition XD ♥
