Cue the South Americans and Central Americans reaction. Some of them takes the new well, other are indifferent and then of course there are the one who act too much like Romano. They believe Spain can do better with the "Pasta" bastard XDD
Bonus points - A few of the former colonies start calling Romano Mommy~
Bonus Bonus points - One the Latin American countries start planning a big Latin America wedding including padrino, madrinas etc. ROMANO IS NOT AMUSED
