America decides he's going to take England to IHOP, unfortunately things don't go as planned.

Whether they make it to IHOP in the end or not is anon's choice, but if they don't having England get so fed up being lost that he's willing to eat at a fast food joint.

I feel I've got to tell you, the IHOP chain does not have a single branch in the UK and pancake day is celebrated at home usually.
