Okay, so possibly going to hell for this but... Anyone else remember reading the American Girls books as a kid? Remember the scene where Felicity refuses the tea in support of the protests against the British? "I shall take no tea."
I'd like to see something like that with England and America - having tea time, and America refusing the tea.
Feel free to have England take that as poorly as you like, and smut is quite welcome! (Though with America as uke of course.)
Bonus: Canada is there for at least part of it. (Though how much of it is up to the author!)
