This was a fill for the request “Russia/Poland/Italy, Poland and Italy becoming one with Russia in a closet at a world meeting”, but the request was deleted, and I found out only when I had written this already, so it felt stupid not to post even if the original request was gone… so this goes under the ‘anything goes’ prompt from part 8 instead. I hope the actual OP is still around, though…

Poland let out a loud cry, being stretched wide by Russia’s thick erection sliding in, pushing and shifting inside, and Italy cried out at the same time, feeling Poland’s length pleasantly rub his insides

“What if there’s Ivan in there?” England frowned and looked towards the closet. “He has a knack for things like these…”
“He’s hiding from me because I’m the hero!”
What could have been the start of another fight ended in a shocked silence when instead of another soft noise from the closet, they were graced with a loud moan.
In the following silence, so thick a knife would have cut a good portion of it, more moans could be heard far too clearly.
Canada froze. Someone was… in the closet…?!

Russia blinked, turning his smile towards China, clear lilac eyes bright and friendly. “What is this crowding here, comrades?”
“You- how could you do this to…”
“Why are you so angry, Ludwig?” Italy, who had moved towards his fuming brother while Germany had been too busy being speechless, turned around to look at him again, clearly confused. “It was my idea, not Ivan’s~”
France wiped away a lonely tear from his eye and cradled Italy to his chest, swelling in pride and happiness. “My petite Italie, I taught you well

That was... wow. As awesome and hot as unexpected! I really didn't expect them to have been going at it for several weeks, for some reason that made me giggle!
Every character felt spot on, and I liked the little parts about the others finding out/being disturbed, eheh
