I'd like to see Latvia so afraid of Russia that he wets himself, or Russia making him do it on purpose.
Diaper usage is optional but would be much appreciated. Russia can make Latvia wear them or how ever anon wants it.
Other Baltics are welcome too, in a way or another!
Russia circled Latvia, smacking that pipe into his gloved hand in a way that was making Latvia very nervous. Latvia was slightly surprised when the car stopped near a market. He didn't know where he thought they were going, but he hadn't expected that Russia was telling the truth. Russia pulled him from the car with a smile, holding his hand as they walked into the open-air market. Even though it was early, the street was crowded. Latvia kept his eyes down, feeling like everyone could see the diaper under his clothes

Another half-hour later and Latvia's certainty about that was faltering. He couldn't remember the last time he'd had to pee this badly, and he couldn't sit still in his seat. Although most of his attention was devoted to not-wetting-himself, he was aware that Russia's eyes were on him almost as much as they were on the road. They were out in farm country now, the road empty of other cars - there wasn't even much of anything out the window for Latvia to distract himself with.
Suddenly, the need to go got much worse, and Latvia shuddered, barely holding it in. He realized that Russia was pulling the car over. Thinking that this ordeal was over, Russia would let him pee out on the side of the road, eagerness to let go came over him like a wave and he felt another urgent throb that he could barely contain
