Peter coughed in his bed but went on with playing his videogames anyways. “Peter,” his smaller adoptive father said to the little boy. The kid continued to play the videogame, this only irritated the man, “Peter

Toris was holding Felka in his arms tightly, a sack at his feet, and tears in his lover’s eyes. The two wanted nothing more than to be married, but alas he was far too poor to support her as a wife and whatever children they may one day have. He was going off to seek his fortune in another land.
“Don’t leave!” the girl said crying, “I can sell a couple of my ugly dresses to pay for the wedding.”
He smiled a little bit, knowing that his lover had no clothes that she was willing to part with, “I could never let you do that.”
“But what if, like, what if you know something happens to you!”
“Nothing will happen. I’ll come back for you I promise.” He pressed a kiss to her lips.
“What makes you so sure?”
“My love, this is true love, it doesn’t happen everyday.” Toris pressed another kiss against her soft lips, this one long and more passionate. When they broke apart he let her go picking up his things. With that the young man left the farm, off to make enough money to marry his beloved and give her a good life.

First of all, I love you. Second, I just made a reference today to that movie and was watching clips from it, so this was weird/awesome to find. I would also like to request the inclusion of the "To the pain" speech in the story if you can, because it's my favorite ever, just like this movie! It's so awesome so far, and you had me giggling with the dread pirate Kirkland. Keep up the good work Anon!

OH MY GOD YES. xDDDDD SO MUCH YES. (And OP, thanks for the awesome request, oh my god. It's PERFECT.)
Aaaah, I loved every line. <3 And personally, I don't mind going with the movie, it's really just as great as the book, just in different ways, and I think it fits better as a fic. Plus damn it has nice quotes. And it's shorter too. And I do like the Grandpa and the kid, sort of. xD (Especially the end. <3)
And oh god, the characters are so perfect for this I don't even... Wait, if Spain is going to eb Inigo, is Turkey going to be Fezzik? (pfft...;;; P-perhaps not? Hmm... Russia would be more like it.*) Spain is a perfect Inigo, though. :'D *curious to see who's the six-fingered man*
* Ivan: *throws a rock* "I did that on purpose. I don't have to miss." Toris: D8;;;;;;; "I-I believe you."
And I can't wait to see Toris kick ass. 8D He IS a goddamn warrior. And he beat Prussia.
... Okay enough blabbering. The fill is amazing. <3 I love your choice of characters and your way of mixing just the right amount of the original story and

”’Five years later, what seemed like the whole country of Florin had gathered in the city’s square just outside the castle’s walls. They’d all gathered to hear the royal announcement of Prince Gilbert Bielschmidt-“
“What does that have to do with anything?” Peter whined.
“Hush and you’ll see.”A man stood on top of the castle wall, he was dressed much like any prince in a fairytale, with a royal blue velvet tunic covered in elegant gold embroidery, a pair of tights, black books, a golden jewel encrusted belt, and a crown on top of his head. What set him apart from most princes (if not all) he was a pale young man, with pale nearly white hair and red-violet eyes. On his lips he wore what could only be called a cocky smirk. To his right side stood his parents; his father, a blonde man with blue eyes and blond hair, who despite getting on in years still had wide set shoulders and a muscular build; and his mother, a blond woman who was clearly very well endowed when it came to cleavage. To Gilbert’s left was a man with long blond hair

On one of her daily rides the Princess was flagged down by a group of three men. One was a giant of a man, pale with violet eyes, and a round childish face despite his height. Another wore a sword at his hip, was tan and wore a huge smile on his face, so big in fact that his eyes were closed, so Felka wasn’t able to see his eyes. The last was the youngest but seemed to be the leader of the group, he had brown hair and an odd curl in his hair that stuck out, ”Could you give us directions pretty lady.” He said in a flirtatious voice

Op is here, and reviewing to you with lots of love. I am enjoying this fill so much! No doubt this is the best fill I have ever got. I love your casting, and already told you how much I love the way you stay loyal to both canons.
“Oh well life is not fair. You get used to it"- Oh, Lol. I am so amused. Tino, that is one hell of a thing to say to a childXD Also loved all the description of Gilbert and how he acted. The royal family is awesome, too.
Cheering for Lovino!Vizzini. It fit so well, and he should get some respect for being, well, not as stupid as he become in the fanon. Oh, Russia as Fezzik? LOVE it!

This story is so cool!!! I was actually never that interesting in the Princess Bride before because all I ever heard was people fangirl/boying over Inigo Montoya and wearing those Inigo Montoya nametag shirts. But now... anything that reminds me of Lietpol is a win in my book ~__^
Darn you, anon. You're making me want to marry Lithuania even more than I already did. I can't marry a country!
Wesley- Lithuania
Buttercup- Poland
Humperdinck- Prussia

This is great, the way you are following both canons like that- the chess part had my laughing, also the "selling some of my uglier dresses".
And- "the dread pirate Kirkland" had my clenching almost rolling off my chair. Can see THAT happens.
Author!Anon, I'm cheering on you and already begun to bake you golden internet brownies, thank you so, so much!
