Now for the Est/Fin one. If you count past Swe/Fin, technically this has all three pairings you asked for lol.
ii. Stay here with meThe sky is a uniform grey as far as the eye can see. The rooftops bear their burden of white with solemn grace and the piled-up snow on the side of the streets are still a fresh, pristine white. Silent as a whisper, it begins snowing again, white feathery flakes swirling lazily down with no wind to make them dance

Without any warning, the door swings open in front of him, jerking him back from his thoughts. He blinks a few times at the bespectacled figure standing on the other side of the door

Ahhh, Authoranon, reading this really really made my day. <3 I wasn't expecting anyone to write something with more than one of the pairings! You're wonderful.
I like how though the subject is similar, there's such a different mood between the two bits. No surprise, as these matches are so different, but it seems you manage to really catch that somehow. Put up against one another, it seems that (taken as one piece or two connected pieces) it all has a very interesting texture, somehow.
Think it might have something to do with the absolute absence of dialogue in the first one. It catches one the the things I like best about those two. This part in particular -
Norway doesn't say a word but he knows that this is acceptance and this is thank youThat really stuck out for me. Simple line, that, but it catches them - and Norway particularly - quite well
( ... )
I was just going to do an Est/Fin fic at first, but then I got an idea for a Swe/Nor and Swe/Fin. Well... the Swe/Fin didn't work out and the Swe/Nor one went back almost 200 years in time.
Yes, I realised that both drabbles are quite different and are probably better read as two separate pieces. They do have the same general theme, but otherwise, yeah.
lol the first thing I thought when I finished the Swe/Nor one was "oh man there is not a single line of dialogue in this thing, how fitting." You might be interested to know that this Swe/Nor drabble is sort of a cut scene from another longer Swe/Nor I have going on :D I'm not even sure why I'm writing them, other than I had an idea. They're so hard to write.
When it's just two characters in a fic I like it when they're calling each other by the names in their own languages. It's somehow more personal, closer.
Reading your comment made me very happy too! I'm still so nervous about these things.

That is to say, I really enjoyed the dynamics you portrayed between the characters.
While Su&Fin is my OTP, I've started to like Est&Fin and Su&Nor a lot more recently too, so seeing these two pieces were extra nice <3

I'm rather fond of Swe/Fin myself :)
