Why Are the Younger Ones /Always/ Taller?

Typically, Canada is portrayed as being either the same size or slightly shorter than America. But I think it would be great to see the phrase above being utilized~ (It's so true in my family it hurts :is the oldest...and shortest:)
In other words, I want to see Canada as being taller than America, and taking full-advantage of bragging rights, teasing and the like. ^^
Bonus: Because this anon has a secret love for the pairing of Prussia/America, the two bonding over the shame/humiliation of being shorter than their younger siblings?
