The nation that is Russia is no more.
Finally, after a decade of war and bloodshed, the alliance of nations against Russia have won. It was a hard-won battle and many have lost fathers, brothers, sons and even their own lives. But it is well worth it. Because it was a fight against the lost of democracy. And democracy has won.

For once, Belarus was glad there was a snowstorm.
She knew that the storm would delay the woman's coming but her heart would not stop pounding against her chest.
...boil the said herbs in a pot.
Slowly, Belarus placed the pot on the lighted stove.
...add a drop of blood from one of the departed's kin
She took a knife and pricked her finger with it, the crimson liquid dropping into the boiling pot.
...place in a bottle beside one of the departed's clothing and tomorrow morning the departed one will be alive again as if nothing has happened.
Belarus took a small porcelain bottle from underneath the stove and placed the potion there. Then she took Russia's scarf off her neck; she never removed it ever since his death. She placed the two items beside each other, hidden underneath the makeshift bed.
