Well... This is Awkward.

The nations are on a cruise to the newest Chinatown on some fancy resort island when the ship gets caught in a storm. They weather it out and everyone is fine - until they discover two nations went overboard.

And on some random deserted island (with no Chinatown) America and Vietnam discover they are shipwrecked together. With no ship in sight.

Bonus: Both think they know better than the other on how to survive on a deserted island. And both are total failures without the other.
