the US gives billions in annual aid to Israel and for decades they (Israel) have no peace to show for it. After his near death expirience/economic dive Alfred realizes he needs Palestinian-Israeli peace FAST(er).
What better way to promote peace than by setting two people who hate each other up on a date?

Bonus if the other middle eastern countries (iran, iraq, turkey, egypt, pakistan etc) watch and find Alfred's floundering hilarious

(PS, not trying to be offensive, just wanna see more Israel, even if he's not an official character)
