So anon is terrible at articulating requests (though not as bad as tha Magical girl! named valkyrie!Canada request. that was bad).
BUT she wants to see someone really appreciating Russia's looks. Namely the length and grace of his body.
No, hear me out!
Anon knows he is generally considered to be really gigantic and big-boned, which isn't really anon's cup of tea but whatev, but she also knows that Russia is a nation of figure skating, dance and martial arts, so she wants to see another nation noticing and loving that elegent and graceful side of him.

Hovering like a mountain with lips of cold snow but eyes burning with passion. His fingers are long, slick, and they grab the glass of vodka with a grace no ordinary man can manage to pull off when having had just the slightest bit alcohol. But he can. Yes, he, and only he. He with hair that shines like sunflowers on a warm morning in the middle of spring. It’s a contrast to his cold, cold, and oh-so-cold smile. A smile formed of cherry-colored lips that can speak of life and death and love and hate in the same breath. Love and hate. One will want and beg for both from him, impossible to get the first without the last, and to enjoy the last without the first. He’s build of contrasts

lord, writer!anon! I really don't know what to say.
well, to start at the beginning, that was brilliant.
to go from there (keeping in mind that I am having a LOT of trouble finding the right words, something you seem to so excel at), I love that you didn't ever try to hide any of Ivan's features, but didn't let the fact that few of them are conventionally seen as beautiful stand in the way of what you were accomplishing here.
I also love how you portrayed Arthur, how he compares them and really just the depth of the emotion you managed to capture. the eloquence and poetic language brought shakespeare forthright to my mind as I read it, particularily the poem 'Shall I Compare Thee?' (forgive me if I got the name wrong).
