Okay, so this post is basically self-serving, self-centered and for my own entertainment. :D Right, now I've warned you, so no one can complain!
Basically I'm not an arty person. I like doodling letters and fonts and stuff like that, but anything involving a) computers and b) actual people and such is a little beyond me. However, I collect icons ( Read more... )

Wow, I would love to see the Theta&Koschei scene! ARGH, if only I could draw people! (If I could, I would be all over everything you said here. As it is, when I try to draw people, they look like freakish bear-monsters with melted faces and claws instead of hands. D: )

... Bradley James will forever be Godric Gryffindor in my mind. Thank you! <3 (Merlin as Slytherin is awesome, but I don't think I could ever escape the idea that Merlin's just too nice to keep a giant snake hidden in the plumbing ready to kill people ( ... )

Hehehe. People who can't draw people - UNITE! :D

Indeed Arthur does, therefore it's perfect. :) Yeah, Merlin does have the looks for Slytherin. OHMAN, that would be an awesome fic. Hee. Not that I'm encouraging you to overload yourself ...

Hmm, yes, that's true - about all three of them! I can definitely see both interpretations. Honestly? I don't know how the Sorting Hat does it's thing. It's so difficult! (I don't know if you know the His Dark Materials universe, but every fandom I jump into seems to have multiple crossovers with it - and all the daemons are different in each crossover, and they're all perfect and I can never choose just one ...) But then, I guess that's the joy of fandom and crossovers - there can be all sorts of interpretations!

"I love the idea of the Master telling him that they are fundamentally the same type of person." -- The scary thing is, they really are. I would love to find the time to re-watch all of the New Who canon write a whole post about that, beucase My God! It's incredible really ( ... )

*adds to list of plot bunnies with much amusment*
I love HDM! I'm really pleased because this semester we're doing a module called "Cultures of Childhood" and we're covering Northern Lights *grins* Reread time!
There are so many ways of looking at things like that - even within the same fandom. I remember trying to give HP characters patronuses (patronii??) and then book five came out and they were different, but they still worked somehow :)
*is poked* Heehee, okay - I'll put it on the list :P
Things are fine :) Just a little dull. They'll cheer up soon - for starters, Merlin series three on Saturday! *bounces* Have you seen the teaser trailer yet? Am excited :D Also the trailer for Deathly Hallows p1 is out at the end of the month, and I'm still not sure if I'm going to watch it or not... hmm... :)
