Houses, fanart, and general amusement
Okay, so this post is basically self-serving, self-centered and for my own entertainment. :D Right, now I've warned you, so no one can complain!
Basically I'm not an arty person. I like doodling letters and fonts and stuff like that, but anything involving a) computers and b) actual people and such is a little beyond me. However, I collect icons and desktops and fanart like a crazy person, and I love them. Dearly. So what I've done is made a list of all the icons/desktops/pretty pictures I'd love to see done one day. Feel free to comment and tell me if you think my ideas are funny, strange, ridiculous, impossible or even - dare I say it - cool? :)
Mostly these are HP/Other crossovers, insofar as that I love associating characters from random books/tv shows/films with a specific Hogwarts house. I also have long discussions with various friends about who would be in which house; I'm a Slytherin and very picky :D

...done as a piece of fanart, but with Theta and Koschei instead of Harry and Draco. No speech needed, just that idea - the outstretched hand, that choice between two paths. And although I'm a diehard book fan, I'd want it on the stairs like it is in the film rather than on the train as it is in the books.

ANYTHING with Sherlock as a Slytherin and Watson as a Hufflepuff, possibly slashy :D I can't believe we have to wait a whole year for more of them....
...yeah, this list is short now. That's because as soon as I tried writing any of this stuff down I forgot half of it. But I'm going to update this :D Suggestions?
Also, what house would you put the Doctor in? At the moment, I'm arguing for Slytherin. Self-loathing, frantically clawing for redemption Slytherin. I may do a proper meta about it some day. What do you think?
