My internship is ending.  My last day is tomorrow.  I kind of sad because I've really enjoyed my time here.  I got in the elevator this morning and realized it's one of the last times I'll ever ride it up to the fifth floor.  I'm going to miss the routine and my desk and my editors and my fellow interns.  Well, I've gotten a lot of great experience

Aw, I'm sorry, it can be tough. You can still keep in touch with everyone, though? And maybe once you graduate you'll have the option of getting a position there, if you want.

Yeah, they want me to keep in touch. They don't have any positions open right now, but they have a habit of hiring former interns, so it's definitely a possibility. It's just the physical leaving that's kind of sad because I've gotten so used to it.
