I'm attempting to write this post whilst dosed to the gills on diazepam and a megadose of ibuprofen. My sciatica flared up today after a week of getting better and I figured that spending most of the day flat on my back would be a good thing

I am not a doctor (obviously), but try wearing different shoes for a while and see if that helps.
