And sweet, Sylvester was my Dr too :) I wandered Dorset when i was on holiday in search on an SFX cover (theres 10 covers this month, one for each dr) with him on and finally found one back home in Brum yesterday!! :D xx
Brian Blessed, is THE bearded Brit (my first contact with him was 'Prience of Thieves', then 'Henry V' and 'Much Ado About Nothing', later I realized he was in 'Flash Gordon', too and 'Black Adder' of course) but the best about Brian is, that he was the origin of Destruction, which is so byond cool :)
Sylv was the first Doctor ever translated into German, and God how I love(d) Ace. I didn't know anything about regeneration though and when some years later another station showed 'Doctor Who' and i switched in I was like 'OMG they changed the actor, That'S NOT the Doctor but a cheap replacement!' Which is really funny considering Colin was his predecessor ;)
Sadly enough I don't think SFX will be available here (at least not without ordering and then it would probably impossible to choose a cover)
I probably would end up buying every cover because I wouldn't be able to choose ;)
Ace was my hero :) I adored her. I used to get picked on a lot as a child so her attitude was really how I wanted to be, I wanted to be able to talk back to them (maybe not blow them up so much, well... okay maybe a little ;) ) Awww. Thats mean. I'm sure there was a website that showed all ten covers, because I've got them saved somewhere. I can't remember what SFX's website is though. LOL. I got annoyed because Its ripping off the full blown geeks who OMG MUST HAVE EVERY COVER... So i said I wouldn't, then my brother said he'd quiote like an SFX this month because he reads it, so I said okay, but only if it's a Sylv :) Also HOORAY! BRIAN BLESSED! :D xx
