[after spending an entire Thursday and Friday morning together, the Beilschmidt brothers finally had their roster of models, assistants and general personnel on top of a schedule for the entire year. Once this schedule had been agreed upon, Ludwig had promptly shoved it at his brother and wandered off, claiming that he hadn't slept in three days.

Alright, as long as you do the work, I can't really complain. Plus, I'll have your phone or whatever and I can text/email/whatever designs to you.
Better not like me down~

I'm really sorry but I'm not going to be here for the first job's call sessions and fittings. I've already got a round trip to Seychelles booked. My palne leaves on the 15th and comes back the 26th. I can try to do what I can beforehand and certainly after, but I already paid for those plane tickets.
What, pregnant...?

We will just have to find someone else. Depending on how the advertisement goes, we'll see if we'll need to call you back for the Fashion Week work.

Wait, what? I miss the beginning work and I'm dismissed from that whole assignment? I'm an assistant, I'm pretty sure you could live without being there for a little while and are still in need of me after that period. Besides, I said I'm perfectly willing to work beforehand and after, especially for that very important photo shoot.

It's completely logical that you would be dismissed from the remaining parts of the assignment by missing the first bit. I will see what I can do, but it comes down to the budget we are running on. This is a one-shot thing for company and if we don't make it through the advertisements, we will have to close down.
This is my one chance to make it big and I do not plan on letting anything potentially ruin this for me. For now, you will be an assistant on-call, which means that we will call you in when we are in desperate need.

I'll make sure to get there early Saturday morning, if that works.
But thank you again for the opportunity! I'll make sure to efficiently juggle my other duties without disrupting this work. If you need anything else, I'm more or less available if need be.

That should be fine, you're basically going to be working with my brother most of the time so he'll probably get all that info he needs.

Definitely stop by when you can. We'll have some one on one time and I know you'll be able to rock it.
And we might need you sometimes, but we'll give you a call!

Sounds good.
I look good in green, can totally work it like no one else, just saying. Fashion week won't, like, no what hit them when they see me.
Oh wait, this means I got the job!?
Omg!
I mean. You won't regret it~
