Once this schedule had been agreed upon, Ludwig had promptly shoved it at his brother and wandered off, claiming that he hadn't slept in three days. Dear Staff of Beilschmidt,
I am pleased to inform you that you've been accepted to work for the Beilschmidt line. For the models, the hairdresser and makeup artist, this is not a full-time job, but we expect you to work your schedule around the dates that we will set. As for the others, assistants/gophers/helpers, we will discuss your hours in-person.
If you can't come to these dates, you will either have to reschedule with myself or my brother, and if this doesn't work, we will have to drop you. However, these dates are coming far, far, far in advance. Like this email. The themes that you will be modelling will be Military.
First Job: Advertising Spread
April 14-15th: One-on-one time with the designer, times can be organised closer to the day-of.
April 29-30th: Fittings.
May 5-6th: Make-up and Hair
May 21-23rd: Photo shoot. (ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT EVENTS. HARD TO RESCHEDULE)
After this shoot, we will be sending in these pictures to numerous fashion magazines, Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Mode (A premier German Fashion magazine). This is to get the label out there.
Second Job: Fashion Week Prep
June 5-7th: One-on-one with designer
June 20-21st: Fittings
July 6-8th: Make-up and Hair
July 17-18th: Photo shoot. (ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT EVENTS. HARD TO RESCHEDULE)
After these dates, we will be sending in the photoshoot to the people at Fashion Week: New York and we will hear back if we are allowed into the Week. If we are, there will be these dates added on, if not a new schedule will be sent out.
Tentative Dates for Fashion Week:
August 13th-15th: Finalising designs, tailoring, hair ect.
September 10-20th: Fashion Week.
For the rest of the staff, please come in some time this weekend to confirm work hours. My brother and myself will both be in. Your official job titles/duties are as follow:
Emiliana: Receptionist/Assistant to Ludwig
Ion: Fabric collector/Runner
Lili: Photographer
Kai: Artistic Assistant/Tailor
Gupta: Makeup (Part-Time)
Marie: Runner/Assistant (Part-Time)
Jo: DJ (Part-Time)
Francis: Hair (Part-Time)
Hair/Make-Up and Photography will also have a few intern/temps working during the photoshoot so there won't be too much pressure.
If you're going to have any issues with scheduling, tell us now.
And for God's sake don't get pregnant.
