My laptop just died and Best Buy needs the hard drive to fix it!!!  My question is: does anyone know how to use a hard drive enclosure?  The guy told me that in order to save all my docs I need a computer to store all my docs and that an external HD is not going to work!!

This last week I spent at one of my friends house with her mother. She (the mom) is on Kidney Dialysis and has been pretty bored for a while.
