I am beginning to think that the German outside of Germany is a stange thing. I have spoken to five of them this evening. We were at a "dress as your flag" event, and, although a couple of people where unsure about the red cross on my face, most realised that I was English

Yeah, just have a look at the lineup, see if you like it. It's one of those festivals that are good if the lineup's good. Three other things though: It's good because you can go for just one day instead of the whole weekend, so you can pick the day with your favourite bands, everyone wears pink (well, some) and it's in the southethy south of Limburg, so you get to see GENUINE HILLS! (and add a provence to your list? Hell, it's another country. I'd like to quote Ingo here and say "the people are just.. different

I've never been there, alas, but it sure looks pretty awesome on tv LOL
I wanted to go when TOOL played there in, erm, 2006, I believe it was. But I couldn't find anyone to go with, and I didn't want to go alone, so I sat in front of the tv feeling terribly sorry for myself and ate a bucket of ice cream. *giggle*
