Today's haul at the market, in brief: corn and things to go with corn. Okay, and some eggplant too. Last night I was looking up two of my favorite summer stews (including corn and mushroom ragout with sage and roasted garlic, which is on my list of all-time favorite meals) and I came across a summer eggplant stew I'd completely forgotten about. And, you know, I nearly thought about adding an Ode To Crumpets in there, since I'm planning on making some tomorrow, but then I figured I'd rambled on enough.

What sorts of tea do you prefer? I've got several. Also tisanes (including a really good mint-clove), but of course those aren't for a proper tea.
