aslkdjflsakjdflksd CAN WE TALK ABOUT THIS VID? About how every time Matt showed up I flailed at the screen? And how you ended with Landry's final kick? (LANDRY. THE KICKER. THE HERO. He is so totally the Ron Weasley of FNL, bless his heart.) You bring your particular ensemble skills to bear here in an outstanding way. Every story feels complete and loved and a part of the very important thematic whole. OH TIM RIGGINS. This is fantastic.

I WOULD LOVE TO TALK ABOUT THIS VID. I just -- I LOVE THEM ALL SO MUCH. Er, maybe that is obvious? One of my bulletproof kinks in any narrative, but especially TV narratives, is characters making decisions and dealing with consequences and learning to make better choices. (Don't let 'em choose for you.) And wow, is that ever FNL in general and S4 in particular.

Part of what I love about that final shot of Landry's kick is the way it's framed in the show -- the cut away from the ball still in the air -- because the win and the subsequent celebration are really, truly not as important as the kick itself. What matters is what they've learned from each other, the way they're there for each other. ♥

This is so wonderful. You really capture what I love about this set of characters, about what they go through in the course of the season, and it's such a perfect song for them, too.

I love these characters SO MUCH, and it makes me so happy to hear that someone else who loves them too thinks I did them justice. :D And ohhhh, the song -- I love P.O.S anyway, and when I connected this song with FNL I just HAD to vid it. Thanks for letting me know you liked it!
