How does this vid not have any comments yet? IT IS MADE OF AWESOME. So beautiful and heartbreaking, and it makes me love this OTP all the more. I'll come back with more specific thoughts later, but I just wanted to tell you yet again how much I enjoyed this. *mwah*

Aww, thank you! Heartbreak was a big part of what I was going for; I love these two characters and their interest in each other, but I've never been able to imagine a happy ending for them.

This vid was ALL about the song for me; I had no particular intention to vid Mal/Inara, but once I heard this song and realized I *could*, I was all over the idea.

But mainly: OH MAL, and also, INARA IS PRETTY.

How do you DO THAT? You make me love Mal even more than I already do, and then you brake my heart into a million pieces. I love those two, I really do! It is their relationship that makes me miss Firefly the most; there was/is so many places that they could have taken them, and so many potential opportunities for Mal-angst! *hugs vid tight*

Yes, exactly; this relationship is one of the many (many many) reasons I was so disappointed we didn't get more of the show. I love the movie -- really, really love it -- but the movie is perhaps inevitably not much about *relationships*, and that's what I most wanted more of. Argh. STUPID FOX.

I LOVE THEM BOTH SO MUCH. They care about each other so much, and they have these moments of tremendous connection, and they just cannot seem to sustain those moments. They warm my heart and break it at the same time. I am so glad some part of that came across for you in the vid!

i love the pace of this vid, it's perfect for them, and you've chosen great scenes to illustrate the story you are telling. and my god, so beautiful!

BUT...and you are going to laugh at me, but the moment i went [le sigh] in happiness was at 3:15 when the word "blue" and the sparkles from the sun behind serenity were moving in the same exact rhythm. i'm a dork for that kind of synchronicity. [le sigh]
