Oopsie -- fixed it! (I would feel worse about this if I didn't occasionally forget my own underscore...)

And unfortunately I won't be making it to Chicago this trip; the drive already takes most of a day each way, and I won't have very long. But I'll be there for a conference in the spring and will expect my favorite Chicago fen to come kidnap me for dinner!

Wow! Your Nice Young Guy assumed you'd done previous troubleshooting. The phone reps I get not only don't assume I've done it, they don't believe I have when I tell them.

I am looking forward to h.l. viddiness and jealous of the visit. Or envious. Or both ways around.

I think my voice probably had that "I've spent the past week troubleshooting this component, so do not jerk me around, you little punk" tone in it. Which, to the untrained ear, is probably almost indistinguishable from my "I am a teacher, and while I may not be *your* teacher I can probably find a way to flunk your ass in *something* if you piss me off" tone.

Yay visits! Speaking of which, I might show up in your neck of the woods for spring break this year...
