I making a bed right now and it is perhaps the saddest thing I've had to do in a long time. Dave and I broke up this weekend. Things aren't working out and perhaps some time apart is what we need. Just a quick post to let you all know that I am officially running my first triathlon tomorrow morning, and yes I am scared shitless. Oh well. My tote is packed so all I need to do is get up and have a normal morning, put my bathing suit on, strap the bike to the top of the mini and go. 800m swim, 20km bike and 5k run later and I'm all done.

So I just purchased my ski pass for Cypress this season! Early bird ends on Oct 31 so i thought I should do it. Hopefully this season will have AMAZING snow so I can get a few good days in! Thinking about going into the interior over christmas to get some more skiing in. I know I'll be buff by then from all this running, swimming and biking I'm ( Read more... )
