When you've got Candy's enthusiasm, Elektra's money (and added enthusiasm), and a warm place to celebrate, you really should expect something big.
Although Candy's gone through efforts not to make things too extravagant, she couldn't help but decorate a little. Upon arriving to the
house everyone's greeted by the sights of some

There's a considerable lack of furniture in the house, it is jut a rental after all for this specific event. The inside isn't overly decorated (she didn't want to scare off the birthday boy after are all). There are cool colored balloons on a few lights for some mixed color decoration. As well as a birthday banner hanging on the wall over the door leading out back.
The floor is nice and open for any socialising that might occur! As well as some comfortable chairs placed around the room for sitting and relaxing if necessary. There's a playlist of a variety of music (mostly popular things from 2002 and 2003 since both girls are from that time period) but the music isn't too loud to impair any conversation.

He has a leather hunting bag around his shoulder too, but it's not full of dead animals or food this time. No, actually there's a gift in there. Yeah, only something small, but he made an effort for you Owen. If only for Candy's sake. He knew she'd like that.]

Hey there. Wasn't sure if I'd see you here or not.

How are you doing?

There are also two tables set up back here as well. The first table houses a number of different foods (mostly hotdogs and hamburgers and chips and the like). Any kind of party food really, Candy made sure to get an assortment for all types of people.
The second table is where Owen's gifts can be left if you brought one!

Open it whenever you like Owen. What you'll find inside is a simple leather cord with a circle of hand-crafted coal at the end. "Owen" has been etched into the face of it.

The bar (on the right) has an assortment of alcohol (candy left the choices to Elektra for this one). Gin, vodka, beer, whiskey, rum, champagne, wine, whatever your heart's desire pretty much.

Oh, surprise me. [Cigarette, ready to be lit. 8( oh, no lighter.]

The back of the house is decorated with the same lanterns as the front, as well as some light colored furniture to relax on. The door is constantly open to back here, so even if you step outside you can hear the music and the chatter.
The weather is a lovely 65 at the least at night. 70 if you're lucky. It's a nice place to come out and relax on, away from the noise.

He's also got a drink in hand, so. There's that. It doesn't look like he's enjoying it much, though, with all that obnoxious thinking he looks to be doing.]

He's slightly surprised to find that Owen's out there too, when he opens his eyes, but not really. Quietly, Ianto makes his way over to stand next to Owen, looking out at the ocean and the lights reflected off of it. When he speaks, his voice is soft] Hey.

He doesn't look at Ianto when he hears him speak up, though that part of him that wants to talk to Ianto - about the whole thing, the dying and all - really wants him to. He settles for repeating the greeting.] Hey.

Understandably people need moments to themselves. Or just want to have a conversation away from prying ears. The room has some basic furniture from the landowners who are renting the house out, but nothing real nice. Really the room serves as a place to get away for a moment.
But don't stay in here too long. Candy will come find anyone that she's deemed as spent too much time on their own and needs to rejoin the party.

He needs to take a moment to himself, and so he slips away from the waning party to hide in the bedroom, sitting on the foot of the bed and contemplating his latest drink in his hands. He'll probably go after this one - if not home, then around the block a bit until he's sober enough.]

After a short time she found him in the bedroom, poking her head in and smiling before coming inside.]
Come on, Owen. It's not that bad. And it'll be over soon so you don't have to hide out in here any longer.
