Hee! You should come to visit . . . it's been Japanese-o-Rama around here lately. I made a big batch of dashi two days ago, so last night I made homemade teriyaki sauce (with chicken), and pan-fried udon. Tonight, I'm sure I'll think of something else to do with more of the dashi. At some point, I'll probably get tired of Japanese . . . but it hasn't happened yet. :D
