I’ve finally gotten caught up on book reviews (at LibraryThing; Also herebedragons over there), and discovered that I read a total of 181 books in 2007. Which is more than my original goal (of 150), so YAY!

This year, I would like to read 100, but I’m not sure it’s going to happen. One month into the year, and I’ve only finished three books so far. ( Read more... )

I never made it to get my goal done as it was 111, but hey, I stopped reading in July, lol...

:D Yeah, I guess 181 isn't bad - although I'd sort of hoped to reach 300, and came nowhere CLOSE. :D

Here's to both of us reading as much as we want in 2008! :)

Oh that sounds like a good plan, even though I have to say that most of the books I have here (all put on the mount to be read during the last two years) just don't catch my interest anymore, lol...

Yeah, now that Connor is back in school, I've been spending ALL day doing nothing but housework! It's eating away at ALL of my time!

*giggles*

(Okay, so I have been doing a lot of housework, but that's not really the only think eating away my time. I'm not complaining, though). ;)

OH! And a question for you . . . how similar is a concertina to an accordian? Could you read/play concertina music? (I'm asking because I have some, from the 19-teens and 1920s, that belonged to my great-grandfather). It's yours if you want it. :)

Hee! Literally two minutes ago I just finished number four ("Plato and a Platypus Walk into a Bar").

Even so, I don't quite feel on track for 100. :D

I feel I'm doing pretty well so far considering that I'm working full-time for a tyrant and taking two classes that require a lot of my time. :)
