Keeping Track

Well, I’ve had this listed as a goal for a while, and haven’t done much about it. So, I’ve decided to start keeping track. We’ll see how that goes, until I get in the habit and feel like I’ve “completed” this goal. So, over the past several days:

I must applaud your accomplishments. Challenging yourself truly succeeds in contributing to the growth process. It's something I'm beginning to focus on . . . very slowly.

Congratulations.

I'm having problems picturing this yoga bend. Any way to get a pic?

Ack! I just realized that I never answered this. I did look for a photo, but didn't find one of exactly what we were doing. Let's see if I can explain it better . . .

You start out sitting in a folding chair - just sitting the regular way. Then anchor the front legs of the chair with your heels, keeping your toes/balls of the feet firmly planted on the floor. Then, look backward and lift your body upwards (still keeping feet planted), while you bend backwards over the top of the chair, reaching your arms up and over to find the wall (you should have started with your chair pretty close - a foot or two away from the wall). Does that make more sense? It was sort of weird, really, so I wouldn't recommend trying it. :D

OK, I can picture that much better. :) Sounds like a really good back stretch! But, no, there's no way _I_ would try it. LOL
