Well, I’ve had this listed as a goal for a while, and haven’t done much about it. So, I’ve decided to start keeping track. We’ll see how that goes, until I get in the habit and feel like I’ve “completed” this goal. So, over the past several days:
9/17 - did a full backbend (wheel/urdhva danurasana) over the back of a chair. I don’t mind doing this
