I had a strong workout week. Monday I benched over 260 lbs for the first time in over a year. I started at 225 lbs and went up from there. I did leg extensions (4 sets - 225 lbs each). Been a while since an update so there is lots to tell. Just not enough time for it all.

Kids are doing well. Don was sick for over a week. Had a really high fever (103.5 deg) but it finally broke. For those who don't believe that rest is the best thing....it is. But for those of us who can not rest...such is life. Doug is doing well. He took apart ( Read more... )

Well on my home yesterday Emily decided that she was going to take the kids to the Nature Area at the local beach. She asked me to come along as an escort. We all had fun.
