5. I am making BWANKETS! I am making this enormous blanket for my mom and when it's done I have to decide if the guilt trip my grandma laid on my mom to get mom to invite mimi for christmas (TRUEFAX) carries over to inducing me to make mimi a blanket of her own, and after THAT I have to do the ohio state university red and gray one for shelly and diana. BLANKETSSSS. hopefully after xmastime I will be able to teach myself to do stitches other than just double crochet, which was all my brain was able to absorb when A. was so sweetly teaching me.

6. this morning i didn't run AGAIN (i distinctly chrs saying, "i tried. i have to go to work now," reflecting on how i'd told him i wanted to get up and run), and while i was rinsing conditioner out of my hair at 8:15 the doorbell rang. hi, window guy! just ONE sec.

5. Crochet! Awesome. I have just started learning how, but I forget things easily so I need to devote some more time to it. Maybe after I finish this GIANT SWEATER that sweetcynic23 conned me into knitting her. What are you making?

6. I totally do the exact same thing except I don't have awesome fleece sheets. Nor do I ever run in the morning except on Saturdays. I just pretend I'll get up earlier to shower and then...sleep. And then am super late to work.

i am making blankets for people!! my crotchet talent is thus far limited the same way my knitting is, ie, i can only make flat things. someday i hope to be able to make, i don't know, a hat? something with more than one dimension. but for now, i am churning out cozy throws for relatives for christmas.

6. right!! i am all, oh, i'll get up and run in the morning, and then have plenty of time to take care of X Y and Z after I shower, but then i am like, MMMMMM BEDDDD, and get up at 8:00 or whatever and am like, CRAP, TWELVE SECOND SHOWER. because i skipped the shower yesterday, you see.

Actually in that particular picture of you, you remind me a little of / look a little like dontyouwaitup, and she was recently told she looked a little like Katie Holmes. Though I don't see Katie in your picture. Hmm.

I keep not showering at night because I think I'm going to get up and run in the morning, but then at 6:06 my (fleece) sheets are way too snuggly and I am way too sleepy, so what actually ends up happening is that I skip a shower.

Man, yesterday I was all set to reply to this and be like, I took a shower and WASHED MY HAIR and SHAVED MY LEGS, but then this morning happened and, well, there was not a shower. Sigh. At least it's not the worst--the worst is when I go to yoga and STILL don't shower. Whups.
