You know, because Critters 4: They're Invading Your Space totally showed that all you have to do is take the laughably creepy monsters from your first few crappy movies and ( Read more... )

Oh man, I used to love watching Willow when I was a kid. There's still a dub of it somewhere in my Mom's house. I might have to dig it up when I'm there for the holidays. But yeah, even when I was young, I was like "hey, this is cool, Warwick Davis and all these midgets actors are getting the work they deserve" as if it was the beginning of Hollywood trend. Nope.

They did! But...

The Muppet Movie (1979)
The Great Muppet Caper (1981)
The Muppets Take Manhattan (1984)
The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992)
Muppet Treasure Island (1996)
Muppets from Space (1999)

...it was the sixth movie in the series. So close. :)

If the rule is that the 4th one is the one that breathes life into the series, well, Christmas Carol is one bad-ass movie. I love that movie. They really succeeded when they came back with that adaptation.
