Hello, is it allowed to offer a fanart already finished for the auction? A friend of mine wants to participate but she's in a deadline now and probably won't be able to make a new fanart.

This is acceptable, but your friend should specify that the fanart being offered has already been completed. A preview might also be nice to have, so the bidders have a reasonable idea of what they will be bidding on.

Not too late! You can put up the things you're offering for auction beginning tomorrow, Monday, 14 March.

there's nothing special to do if i want to offer something, right? i don't need to sign up somewhere else or so?

it's just about filling out the formal things like which fandom, pairing, what kind of work (fanfic, fanart etc)?

Yes, all you'll need to do is fill in the form tomorrow - and complete the work, of course.

Could you please post the form today so that we can get our offers ready? This is going to be a very busy week for me: getting my post all squared away on my day off would be of help.

Offers will only begin tomorrow and continue until 26 March. There will be plenty of time for you to put in an offer and for bidders to find you.
